摘    要:建筑幕墙用密封材料主要有两种,一是用在石材幕墙上的石材用建筑密封胶,二是用在隐框或半隐框玻璃幕墙上的建筑用硅酮结构密封胶。石材用建筑密封胶的主要性能指标是污染性,其体现了石材用建筑密封胶与接触的石材污染的可能性。建筑用硅酮结构密封胶的主要性能指标是邵氏硬度、拉伸粘结性、结构装配系统用附件同密封胶相容性和实际工程用基材同密封胶粘结性。本文介绍了这些密封材料物理性能的检测技术和改进方式。

Abstract:There are two main types of sealing materials used in building curtain walls. One is the building sealants for stone curtain walls, and the other is the silicone structural sealant for hidden or semi hidden frame glass curtain walls. The main performance indicator of building sealants for stone materials is pollution, which reflects the possibility of contamination between the building sealant used for stone materials and the stone in contact. The main performance indicators of silicone structural sealant for construction are Shore hardness, tensile adhesion, compatibility between accessories for structural assembly systems and sealants, and adhesion between substrates and sealants used in actual engineering. This paper introduces the testing techniques and improvement methods for the physical properties of these sealing materials.
