摘    要:针对生产厂家实际制造资源有限的现实,提出两种定量评价产品可加工性的方法:第一种方法通过为每种设备定义可加工性模糊评价函数,实现对零件每个特征的可加工性评价,进而综合评价出产品的可加工性;第二种方法通过建立每种典型特征的可加工性模糊评价函数,直接综合评价出产品的可加工性.同时,还提出了三种把单因素可加工性指标合成为总体指标的综合方法.探讨了各评价方法和综合方法的优缺点,并提出选用准则。

Abstract:Two methods are proposed to quantitatively evaluate the product machinability under the fact that the manufacturing resources of an actual manufacturer are limited. In the first method, the product machinability is synthesized through evaluating its each feature by the fuzzy machinability functions defined for each equipment. In the second method, the product machinability is evaluated directly with the fuzzy machinability functions established for each typical processing feature. Three synthetic approaches are presented for the synthesis of single machinability criterion. The merits and shortcomings of each evaluation method and each synthetic approach are discussed, and the preferred criteria are given.
