摘    要:运用展成法精加工硬齿面圆锥直齿轮时,如果刨齿刀的顶刃参加切削,将增加切削负荷,降低齿面精度和减少可转位刨齿刀的转位次数。为避免在精加工后齿形根部留有凸台,在热处理前的粗加工时,就应该解决“根切”问题。通过设计专用模板在Y23160刨齿机上加工圆锥直齿轮,解决了这一问题。

Abstract:When finely processing the hard-surface bevel gear wheel with straight tooth, if the gear shaper cutter's nose takes part in cutting, the cutting load will increase and the number of reversible cutter bit will reduce. To avoid the saddle-backing on the tooth root, the undercutting problem in the rough-plane process should be solved before heat treatment process. By designing special formwork and processing bevel gear wheels with straight tooth on Y23160 machine, the problem is solved.
