25MnV钢贝氏体转变行为研究

摘    要:通过膨胀仪方法,研究了25MnV钢在模拟2种无缝钢管控轧控冷试验工艺条件下的贝氏体转变行为。结果表明,在终轧温度较高,轧后快速冷却到390~485℃再缓冷的情况下,可获得硬度大于22HRC的全贝氏体组织。采用控轧控冷工艺生产贝氏体组织N80钢级套管是可行的,此项研究成果为开发贝氏体非调质热处理钢管提供了依据。

Abstract:The bainitic transformation behavior of the 25MnV steel is studied with the expansimeter method and under two experimental process conditions as simulating rolling and rolling-control & cooling-control process conditions for seamless steel tube manufacture. The result shows that with higher rolling-end temperature, after getting the material quickly cooled down to 390-485 ~C, and then subjected to slow cooling, full bainitic structure with hardness higher than 22HRC is formed, which leads to such a conclusion that it is possible to produce the bainitic N80 steel oil casing with the rolling-control & cooling-control process. The research achievement provides basis for development of the non-quenched-and-tempered bainitic steel tube.
