基于PROFINET的开放式以太网控制器的设计

摘    要:为了适应未来工业控制领域的发展需求,设计了一种基于工业以太网--PROFINET的开放式以太网控制器,并结合可精简的TCP/IP协议栈--Lwip,实现了嵌入式Web服务器.为了完成服务器中的动态数据交互功能,提出了一种新型的嵌入式多重网关接口(EGI).通过西门子的开放式以太网协议,实现了西门子PLC与设计的开放式以太网控制器相通信,报文分析结果表明,其具有较高的可行性和有效性,为开发PROFINET IO设备提供了基础.

Abstract:To fit the requirement of the future industry control areas, an open IE controller based on industrial Ethernet--PROFINET is designed, which combines the streamlined TCP / IP protocol stack--Lwip, the embedded web server is achieved. To accomplish the dynamic data interactive function of the server, a new embedded gateway interface (EGI) is proposed. Through Siemens's open IE protocol, the designed Open IE controller that communicating with Siemens PLC is achieved. The efficiency and feasibility of the controller is demonstrated by the message, which provides a foundation for developing the PROFINET 10 devices.
