一种Al-Mg-Si-Cu-Mn合金铸态及均匀化退火组织研究

摘    要:采用金相显微镜(OM)及能谱仪(EDS),研究了Al-0.9Mg-0.9Si-0.6Cu-0.6Mn合金的铸态及其均匀化后的组织,并对合金的铸态组织及均匀化退火过程中相的演化进行了分析.结果表明:合金的铸态组织中存在大量的网状化合物和球状析出物,分别是α-Al+Ai(MnFe)3Si2的共品体和富铜相.均匀化退火过程中,随均匀化退火温度的升高,网状结构α-Al+Al(MnFe)3Si2的共晶体逐渐变成球状细小颗粒Al(MnFe)3Si2相,材料的微观组织得到改善.经560℃×6 h退火,均匀化过程基本完成,品粒未发生明显的粗化.

Abstract:The microstructures of Al-Mg-Si-Cu-Mn alloy as-cast and homogenized annealing were studied using OM and EDS. The results show that lots of reticular phase compounds and spherical precipitates, exist in microstructure as-cast which are α-Al+Al (MnFe)_3Si_2 eutectic and phases enriched in copper. In the process of homogenizing annealing, α-Al+Al(MnFe)_3Si_2 eutectic turn into small spherical particle Al(MnFe)_3Si_2 phase with the increase of annealing temperature, resulting in microstructures improvement. Annealed at 560℃ for 6 h, the homogenizing process is substantially completed and the obvious growth of grains does not occur.
