| Abstract: | In this paper, the laser interferometer is used to measure the micro vibration displacement of noload piezoelectric ceramics under sine voltage excitation. Through the amplitud-frequency curve, the vibration displacement and its influence factors of the piezoelectric ceramics are discussed initially. |
