| 摘 要： | 研制出一种新型磁敏Z元件位移传感器。并对磁敏Z元件的伏安特性和磁敏特性进行研究,给出了实验结果。设计了由信号采集、数据处理以及数字显示等电路构成的系统,实现了位移量的测量。由于Z元件的特殊性质,其应用电路较为简单。

| Abstract: | This kind of new-type displacement sensor is made by a new kind of magnetic-sensitive sensor:Z-element.Its characteristics are researched and the results of experiment are given.The system is composed of the signal gathering circuit,data processing circuit and digital display circuit.The sensor can realize the measurement of displacement.For the peculiarity of the Z-element,the system is very simple. |
