摘    要:
通过对北京市河湖基本情况普查专项中水文站网、雨量站网现状的分析,认为目前水文站网在城市化加剧的进程中已不能适应城区防洪、排涝、水资源管理等多方面需求,应重视城市水文的发展,拓展水文业务,通过调整和补充,逐步形成布局合理科学和满足应用需求的现代水文监测网络体系,促进水文工作在城市建设管理中发挥重要作用。

Abstract:
Based on analysis of networks of hydrological stations and gauging stations during census on basic condition of rive and lakes in Beijing Municipality, it indicates that the current network systems are unable to meet the requirements in terms of flood and waterlogging control and water resources management in the process of fast urbanization. Therefore great importance shouhl be attached to the construction of modernized hydrological monitoring network, so as to maximize role and benefit of hydrology in urban construction and management.
