摘    要:随着我国海洋石油工业的高速发展,海底输油管道数量逐年增加。截止到2010年,我国海域铺设的海底管道已超过3 000km,由于服役时间的延长、腐蚀老化、海浪冲刷、渔民作业等原因,海底输油管道泄漏事故频繁发生。针对事故多发的海底平管,论述了基于干式舱系统的海底管道停产情况下的干式焊接维修工艺技术,对我国海洋石油工业的发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:With the rapid development of China's offshore oil industry, the number of the submarine oil pipelines is increasing year by year. By 2010, the submarine pipeline has reached more than 3 000 km in our country. Due to the extension of service time, corrosion, aging, crashing waves, fishermen etc., the submarine oil pipeline leakage accidents have occurred frequently. In this paper, the submarine pipeline dry maintenance process for the submarine flat tube is introduced in detail during the oil and gas fields stop production. This technology has great significance to the development of the offshore oil industry in our country.
