大型机械搅拌装置悬臂式搅拌轴断轴事故分析

摘    要:对大型搅拌装置,悬臂长超过6 000 mm需要接驳的搅拌轴断轴事故进行分析。从理论计算着手,计算出其安全系数,并讨论加工对轴的影响。得出此类轴的设计除按静强度计算和临界转速校核之外,还必需对危险断面进行疲劳强度的校核,最终确定轴的尺寸。

Abstract:For large mixing device the broken shaft accident was anayzed of long cantilever over 6 000 mm which needs to connect the stirring shaft. From theoretical calculations proceed, calculate the factor of safety, and discuss the effect of processing on the shaft. It is found that these shaft design needs not only the static strength calcula- tion and critical speed of checking, but also check the dangerous section of fatigue strength, then ultimately deter- mine the shaft size.
