工业射线胶片手动冲洗加工应用

工业射线胶片作为无损检测射线照相检测记录材料,其检测信息的直观、档案保存特性不断被专业技术人员重新认识、并重新获得重视。但是,手动冲洗加工过程的暗室操作、药液及操作条件等因素都可能对底片影像质量造成重要影响。本文结合工业射线胶片的手动冲洗加工操作,推荐了部分改进措施以期获得更佳的底片质量。

The Manual Processing of Industrial Radiographic Film

As a detecting recording material of radiography for NDT,an Industrial Radiographic Film is recognized and affirmed by professionals with its characteristics of intuitive and archivable.However,during the manual processing,operating in darkroom,chemicals and operation’s conditions may have an important effect on image quality of radiograph.Combined with more experiences in manual processing,this paper proposes some solutions for a more optimum image quality.
