| 摘 要： | 由于高压，高气油比的存在，使油井在作业过程中井喷现象频繁，延长了作业时间，为解决这一问题，研制了ZY－1型带压作业装置，介绍了其结构，原理，技术参数以及性能特点。ZY－1型装置主要由6部分组成，既可以整体使用，也可以分件使用，现场通过10口井使用表明，这种装置具有结构简单，应用方便，提高工作效率等特点，具有明显的推广价值。

| Abstract: | Oil well blow out often happens in drilling operations in high pressure and high gas oil ratio,longer operation times were needed.Model ZY 1 unit which can operate under pressure is developed to solve the problem.Its structure,principle,technical parameters and performance features are introduced.The six major parts can be used in entirety or individually.The site application in 10 wells shows that model ZY 1 unit has characteristics of simple structure,easy operation and high working efficiency.It is worth while popularizing. |
