摘    要:提出了一种以AT89C51单片机和固态继电器SSR为主要控制器件的强油循环风冷变压器冷却系统自动控制装置的原理和实现方法.装置以变压器负荷、油面温度结合的控制策略,进行冷却器的投切控制,以冷却器组累积运行时间基本均衡为原则进行循环投切.介绍了自动投切功能模块的软件设计和通讯模块软件设计.装置还具有保护、故障定位、信息显示、通讯等功能.试验运行表明,该装置运行可靠,控制准确,具有显著节能、延长设备寿命效果.

Abstract:The principle and implementation of a new cooling control device for forced oil-circulated air-cooled transformer based on the chip microcomputer AT89C51 and Solid State Relay(SSR) is presented. The comprehensive switching control was carried out according to the transformer load and the transformer temperature. The strategy of the cyclic switching control is based on the balance of the accumulated operating time of the cooling unit group. The software design of the switching control module and the communication module is described. The device has other functions such as protection, fault locating, information display and communication. The results of its on-site application show that the device is of high operation reliability and control accuracy, and can prolong the service life of the cooling unit and save energy effectively.
