| Abstract: | Equipment and material management is an important control link in construction cost management during the construction process.Construction schedule and cost control are subjected to equipment and material management.Considering the characteristics of water conservancy and hydropower projects,the article focuses on the analysis of the importance of the management of major equipment and materials to the construction schedule and cost control in the water conservancy and hydropower projects.The measures for the management of main equipment and materials in water conservancy and hydropower projects are elaborated in the article. |
