基于三菱PLC的液冷自动控制系统

摘    要:液冷系统是为飞机设备舱或座舱提供符合要求的冷液或热液的一种地面保障设备,其制冷方式为蒸汽压缩式制冷,制热方式为电加热。为满足对液冷设备自动监控的需求,设计了以三菱可编程控制器(PLC)为核心的自动控制系统,合理地控制液冷系统各制冷机组与电加热器的启停,同时能够实现故障报警,并能够对液冷系统的供液流量、温度、压力等参数实现精确的检测和调节。实验数据表明,该系统在运行中具有良好的控制品质。

Abstract:The liquid-cooled system is a kind of ground support equipments to provide the qualified cold liquid or thermal liquid for equipment compartment or passenger cabin of aircraft, its refrigeration mode is steam compressing cooling and heating by electric heaters. In order to meet the requirements of automatically monitoring and controlling the liquid-cooled equipments, an automatic control system with Mitsubishi's PLC as the core is designed. The startup and shutdown of each refrigeration units and electric heaters in the chiller system are controlled reasonably and meanwhile, the fault alarms are implemented, and also all the parameters in the system, including feed liquid flow, temperature and pressure are accurately detected and regulated. The experimental data show that the system is of good control quality during the operation.
