摘    要:电弧快速成形技术制造的成形件因具有力学性能优良,致密度高等优点,具有广阔的发展前景。为方便控制电弧快速成形的尺寸和提高参数调节范围,设计了一种双丝电弧增材系统。重点介绍了双丝焊接系统硬件的设计,在常规焊接系统中加入了一套细丝送丝系统,为满足系统集成化要求设计了一种一体式双丝焊枪。控制部分采用西门子S7-200PLC作为双丝系统的控制核心。为方便人机交互设计了人机界面进行参数的输入和显示。实验表明,粗、细丝焊接皆能有较好的成形,可实现在焊接过程中不断弧的平稳切换。

Abstract:The formed part manufactured by rapid prototyping of arc welding has the advantages of good mechanical properties,high density and broad development prospects. In order to control the dimension of formed part and improve the limits of parameters,a double wire arc welding system is designed. The design of this system hardware is mainly introduced. A set of thin wire feeder is equipped with the conventional welding system,and an integrated double wire welding gun is designed to meet the requirement of system integration. Siemens S7-200 PLC is used as the control part,at the same time,a human-computer interface is designed to input and display parameters for the convenience of human-computer interaction. Experiments show that both coarse and thin wires can be welded well. Furthermore,the system can switch smoothly with continuous arc in welding process.
