摘    要:为解决高比例可再生能源接入后配电网的节点电压越限问题,提出了一种考虑储能调节效应的有功—无功协调优化方法。首先,从理论层面分析了配电网接入可再生能源发电后带来的电压偏差问题,论证可从无功功率与有功功率两个方面实现电压控制;其次,建立了以节点电压总偏差最小为目标函数的配电网有功—无功协调优化数学模型;再次,提出了基于分布熵的自适应粒子群算法来实现模型求解;最后,通过算例验证了所提方法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of voltage violation of the distribution network caused by high penetration of renewable resources, a coordinated optimization method for active-reactive power considering the regulation effect of energy storage is proposed. From the theoretical aspect, the problem of voltage deviation brought by renewable energy is analyzed, and it is verified that the problem of voltage deviation can be solved from both aspects of active power and reactive power. The coordinated optimization model of active-reactive power is presented with the minimum total nodal voltage deviation as the objective function. In addition, the adaptive particle swarm optimization(APSO)algorithm based on distributive entropy is prsposed to solve the mathematical problem. The validity and practicability of the proposed method is verified through case study.
