摘    要:针对当前风电供热项目使用纯凝电力过多、电锅炉利用率低的问题,提出了风电供热项目与热电厂互补供热的运行模式。在构建风电供热系统基本数学模型的基础上,建立了风电供热系统在独立供热模式和与热电厂互补供热模式下的运行策略模型和节煤效果计算模型。算例中,以实际数据为依据,对整个供暖期两种模式下的风电供热项目进行了模拟运行。结果表明,相对于独立供热模式,互补供热模式不仅在节煤效果上具有优势,而且该模式下风电供热项目无需配置储热,从而可节约投资成本。

Abstract:In the current wind power heating project in the independent heating mode, too much power from condensing thermal unit is used, and utilization rate of the electric boiler is low. So the complementary heating mode with thermoelectric plant is proposed. Based on the general modeling of electric boiler system with storage, the operation strategy and the effect of coal saving of wind power heating project with complementary heating mode are analyzed and modeled. In the case, the operation of the wind power heating project in two different modes is simulated based on the realistic data. The results show that the complementary mode can not only save coal, but also cancel the thermal storage, which has to be installed for wind power heating project in independent heating mode and then save a lot of investment.
