复卷机恒张力控制的设计及实现

摘    要:针对复卷机在复卷过程中卷径变化以及加减速时对纸幅张力的影响,以放卷张力控制系统为研究对象,在深入分析复卷机张力控制系统放卷部分受力情况的基础上,推导了放卷张力系统的数学模型,提出利用变频器内部功能实现直接张力和间接张力相结合的复合张力控制、卷径实时计算等方法,用直接张力控制精度,用间接张力提高系统的抗扰动能力,以满足复卷时恒张力控制要求.
