| Abstract: | The author describes the cost influence of the development design on feasibility research stage,analyzes the cost control of development design on design stage,discusses the difficulties of cost control in design stage,and provides suggestions of enhancing design stage cost control,so as to reach aim of decreasing project cost and improving economical benefit. |
