| 摘 要： | 分析了排气扇的结构,通过几个零件的套冲可大幅度提高材料利用率,减少模具数量,降低生产成本。采用复合模、多工位模可减少模具费用,充分利用设备能力。介绍了冲压工艺及模具设计要点,对降低模具成本,提高材料利用率有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | The integrated blanking of several components of a vent fan by a compound die will greatly increase the material utilization and reduce the amounts of dies and production costs.The stamping process and key design points were stated that will provide reference to the improvement of material utilization. |
