CMOS音频功率放大器的旁路电压控制电路

摘    要:基于CSMC0.5umCMOS工艺设计一种带滞回功能的高稳定性电压控制电路,利用迟滞比较器对旁路电压和基准电压进行比较并控制电容的充放电,提高了电压的稳定性。Cadence Spectre仿真结果表明,该电路产生的电压稳定性高,功耗低,且其滞回功能能有效抑制噪声。与普通的旁路电压控制电路相比,具有更高的稳定性和抗噪声能力,可广泛用于各种功率放大器内部。

Abstract:A high stability bypass voltage control circuit with hysteresis is presented based on CSMC 0.5um CMOS technology. High stability of voltage is realized, using the hysteresis comparator to compare the bypass voltage with reference voltage in order to control capacitance charge or discharge. It is confirmed by Cadence Spectre tools that a high stability of by- pass voltage and low power consumption characteristics are reached,at the same time, the hysteresis can improve the function of noise limiting. Compared with common structure, it represents higher stability and noise limiting. Thus, it can be widely used in various power amplifiers.
