随机相位抖动测量

Measurement of the Random Phase Fluctuation

——This paper discusses the measuring method of random phase Fluctuation,A phase Fluctuation measuring instrument,used to measure the phase characteristics of the continuous wave radar introduced.The designing idea and circuits of the instrument are analyzed.Practical tests and system self caliberations show that,for signals of 5MH_z—80 MH_z,the phase drift of the measuring system is less than 0.2/h,and the random phase error isbetter than 0.2/10ms—0.2/ls.
