接套体多向挤压成形工艺数值模拟研究

摘    要:针对接套体的结构特点和性能要求,采用多向模锻工艺对该件进行近净成形,用三维有限元仿真软件模拟成形过程,通过分析其变形的应力、应变、温度场和加载曲线等,运用分流法成形原理,提出两种改进成形缺陷的措施,从零件成形质量、模具寿命等方面综合考虑,用增加局部余量法能够得到符合要求的锻件。从而为实际生产选用合理的工艺方案提供参考依据,具有工程实际应用意义。

Abstract:According to the structural characteristics and property requirement of the connecting sheath,multiple ram forging process was used to produce near-net-shape products.The numerical simulation of the forming process of connecting sheath was demonstrated by three-dimension simulating software.By analyzing the simulation results such as strain,stress and temperature fields and loading curve of the material,and basing on the theory of the divided flow method,two means were introduced to avoid the forming defect...
