电力SDH传输网的风险评价

摘    要:同步数字体系(SDH)传输网具有很高的生存性,在安全性要求非常高的电力通信网中广泛应用。根据电力通信网的特点,结合SDH自愈环的特点,提出拓扑单元的概念,将网络划分为多个拓扑单元。通过分析网络连接结构得到拓扑单元可靠度,并将拓扑单元所承载的业务与包含的节点重要性相结合得到拓扑单元故障严重度,最后将拓扑单元可靠度与故障严重度融合得到拓扑单元风险评价指标。根据网络各拓扑单元的风险值,计算得到评价网络整体风险的指标。仿真表明,基于拓扑单元计算的网络风险值与网络风险均衡度指标能从不同方面衡量网络的运行风险状况,为网络资源配置优化与业务路由优化提供有益参考,在电力通信网风险管理与控制方面具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:Synchronous digital hierarchy(SDH)transmission network is widely used in the electrical power communication network, which has high security requirements because of its high survivability. According to the characteristics of the power communication network and SDH self-healing ring, the concept of topology units is proposed to split a network. The reliability of topology units can be calculated by analyzing its structure. And the fault severity index of topology units is obtained by considering the service and the node importance in the topology units. Finally, the risk assessment indices of topology units are calculated by means of the combination of reliability and fault severity index, then the indices for evaluating the overall risk of the network can be calculated based on the risk assessment indices of topology units. Simulation results show that the indices of the network risk and the risk balance of network based on the topology units succeed in measuring the various aspects of operational risk profile of the network and provide a useful reference for network optimization. Valuable applications are obtained both in the risk management and the control in the electric power communication network.
