喷雾除尘技术在宝钢BSSF渣处理装置上的应用研究

摘    要:对宝钢BSSF钢渣处理装置排放尾气所挟带的粉尘进行了粒径分析,结合并应用湿法除尘机理实施了喷雾除尘净化方案。试验表明:常规喷嘴雾化除尘方案在液气比为0.79L/m^3时除尘效率波动较大,平均值仅能达到69%;当在烟囱内增设三道高效气雾两相流喷枪后,在液气比为0.84L/m^3时,除尘效率提高到94%,尾气中粉尘浓度低于40mg/m^3(千),达到了国家的排放标准。

Abstract:A scheme for wet scrubber was carried out on the basis of the analytical results of the particle size distribution of the flue gas from the BSSF slag treatment system at Baosteel and the mechanism of wet scrubber. The results showed that the dedust efficiency of the system with the conventional nozzles was only up to 69% with the liquid-gas ratio 0. 79 L/m^3 , while the dedusting efficiency reached 94% with the two-phase three-stage jet sprayers in the chimney when the liquid-gas ratio was 0.84 L/m^3. The dust concentration in cleaned flue gas was less than 40 mg/m^3 , which satisfied the national emission standard.
