摘    要:燃爆是油库发生的危害性极大且最为经典的一种事故。针对油库事故的发生特点,结合青岛中石化黄潍管线发生爆炸的例子,有侧重点的得出了引起事故发生的重大危险源,火源和油罐本身的泄露问题是导致事故发生的最为主要的因素。运用事故树分析法对油库燃爆问题进行了系统的分析,研究了各危险源之间的因果关系,探讨了油库燃爆事故的发生发展模式,得出了各基本事件的结构重要度大小顺序,为更好地维护油库安全提供了科学的理论和数据支持。

Abstract:Explosion is one of the most classic accidents with great danger in oil tanks. Aiming at characteristics of depot accidents, combined with the example of Huangwei pipeline explosion, the major hazards that caused the accident were obtained:fire and tank leak itself are the most major factors leading to accidents. In this paper, system analysis on depot explosion issues was carried out with fault tree analysis, and the causal relationship between the various danger sources was studied, and the occurrence and development mode of the depot explosion accident was discussed, and the order of structure importance of every basic events was determined, which could provide scientific theory and data support for better safeguarding depot security.
