| Abstract: | An analysis has been carried out on the etymology and meaning of ＂甜＂and ＂sweet＂ in Chinese and English,exploring their translation and making clear the problems arising during their translation to deepen the comprehension of the two words and to lay some analytical basis for the translation of the two words. |
