摘    要:本文以A4V泵为例,采用在泵体简化图上分块划分控制体积的方法,利用控制体积能量守恒定律,求解各控制体积油液温度的瞬时变化规律,定量分析闭路式轴向柱塞泵的自冷却性能。这种方法还适用于其它泵。

Abstract:Taking A4Vpump as an example,this paper obtains the rule of oil temperature variation with time for each controlled volume,in compliance with the law of energy conservation of the controlled volume by adopting the method of dividing the controlled volume on the pump skeleton diagram.Meanwhile it makes a quantitation analysis of the self cooling performance of the close circuit axial plunger pump.This method can also be applied to other types of pumps.
