摘    要:在原油开采过程中,往往含有较多杂质,原油伴生气中的硫化氢有毒气体危害极大。硫化氢不仅会造成管线设备的腐蚀,严重时还会导致氢脆、硫化物应力开裂,威胁平台的安全生产,同时,硫化氢本身为一种剧毒气体,极易造成人员中毒。因此,对原油中的硫化氢含量进行定期监测,掌握各井口原油伴生气中的硫化氢含量,并据此制定有效的安全防范措施,对于确保平台的安全运营、保证人员安全具有重要意义。

Research on Detection of H2S Content in Oil-associated Gas at Wellhead Area in a Bohai Oil Field
Abstract:In the process of oil exploration, crude oil often contains many impurities. The H2S in oil-associated gas is very harmful. H2S can not only lead to pipeline corrosion, but also can cause hydrogen embrittlement susceptibility and sulfur stress corrosion cracking, which can threaten the safety of the platform. At the same time, H2S is most easy to cause poisoning as a toxic gas. So it's important to monitor and master the H2S content of each wellhead to make effective safety precautions, which has a great significance to ensure the safety of the platform operation and people.
