阿魏中阿魏酸的提取方法及抑菌作用研究

摘    要:研究阿魏中阿魏酸的提取工艺及其抑菌作用。用L9(34)正交试验超声波和微波辅助乙醇提取阿魏酸;用平板打孔法和试管稀释法研究不同质量浓度阿魏酸提取物对3种供试菌的抑菌作用。超声提取的最佳工艺条件是料液比1∶30(g/mL)、超声功率200 W、超声温度50℃和超声时间20 min;在此条件下,提取率达到0.542 mg/g。微波提取的最佳工艺条件是以80%的乙醇为提取溶剂、料液比1∶30(g/mL)、微波功率450 W和微波时间10 min,提取率可达0.556 mg/g。抑菌试验显示优选的微波提取的阿魏酸提取物对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌都具有抑制作用。实验结果可为阿魏中阿魏酸提取工艺的确定及在抑菌方面的应用提供实验依据。

Study on Extraction Methods and Antibacterial Activity of Ferulic Acid From Ferula Asafoetida
Abstract:To investigate the extraction process and antimicrobial activity of ferulic acid (FA) from ferula asafetida, orthogonal array design was employed to optimize extraction conditions of ultrasonic and microwave. The antibacterial effect of FA extract at different concentrations on 3 strains was evaluated by agar diffusion and broth dilution methods. The results showed that, the best condition of ultrasonic extraction was as follows: the power 200 W, extraction temperature 50℃, extractiontime 20 min and the ratio of material to liquid 1:30 g/m. Under the optimized conditions, the extraction rate of FA was 0.542 mg/g. The best condition of microwave extraction was as follows: the ratio of material to liquid 1:30 (g/mL), the microwave power 450 W, ethanol concentration 80%, extraction time 10 min.The extraction rate of FA rate was 0.556 mg/g. FA had inhibitory effect on all tested strains. This study can provide experimental reference for further development and utilization of ferulic acid.
