高效长寿命花岗石专用锯片的研制

摘    要:由于花岗石中有大量的难加工的组分,所以提高锯片性能的关键是锯片耐磨,同时保持锋利性。本文分析了国外锯片,又实验对比了13种胎体成分,选用冲击韧性好的高品级金刚石,粗、细粒度金刚石混用,且粗、中粗的最佳含量是80%;WC基结合剂中W骨架材料使胎体形成W-Cu-Ni高致密固溶体。耐磨相YG8或WC含量增加5%,金刚石浓度增加4%,可以显著提高锯片的耐磨性。

Abstract:Granite is difficult to cut, the key to improve the performance of the saw blades is to keep them abrasion-resistant and sharp . In this paper composition analysis is made on the saw blades from home and abroad and found that choosing diamond of high TTI ( value Thermal Toughness Index) and using mixed grains (coarse and mid-coarse grains to 80%) can keep the saw blade sharp. The result from experiments on thirteen types of matrix showed that W can make the W-Cu-Ni solid solution with high density form in the matrix. Increasing the content of YG8 or WC by 5 % and the concentration of diamond by 4 % can raise the abrasion resistance of the saw blade.
