摘    要:复合材料液体模塑成型(Liquid Composites Molding,LCM)预成型体铺料过程中,由于模腔的几何形状复杂性及纤维织物固有的铺敷特性,纤维增强材料通常发生剪切变形,引起织物局部渗透率变化。采用径向流动法研究了不同剪切角度下编织纤维毡的面内渗透特性,建立了理论预测模型,对主渗透率比和主轴方向2个关键参数与剪切角的关系进行了研究。发现随着剪切角的增加,主轴的变化角度上升,而主渗透率比随剪切角的增加而减小,并且这2个关键参数的实验值与理论预测值吻合较好。

Abstract:During the performing process of liquid composite molding, the complicated mold geometry and draping properties of fabrics usually lead to the shear deformation in fiber reinforcement and variation of local permeability. In this paper, the radial flow method is adopted to study the in plane permeability of woven fabric under different shear angles. The theoretical model is also established. Two relevant factors, the ratio of principal permeability and the direction of principle axes are studied to investigate their relationship with the shear deformation of the fabric. It is found that the shifted angle of the principal axes increased with the increase in the shearing angle while the ratio of principal permeability decreased gradually. The experimental values of these two factors agreed well with the theoretical predicted values.
