炼油厂低压瓦斯气回收系统干式气柜的安全设计

摘    要:
对中国石化荆门分公司炼油厂低压瓦斯气回收系统采用的10000 m~3卷帘型干式气柜的安全设计参数、结构和运行原理进行了阐述,分析了卷帘型干式气柜的优点及运行过程中容易出现的故障,并提出解决及预防办法。10000 m~3卷帘型干式气柜的运行结果表明,大量低压瓦斯得到回收利用,降低了能耗,减少了烟尘和噪声的污染,保证各燃气装置的正常运行。

Abstract:
This paper introduces the safety design parameters, structure and operating principle of the 10,000m3 dry seal gas holder in low-pressure gas recovery system in the Refinery of SINOPEC Jingmen Company, analyzes the advantages and faults of the dry seal gas holder with reel curtain in operation, and presents corresponding solutions and preventive measures. The operational results of the 10,000m~3 dry seal gas holder show that a large quantity of low-pressure gas is recycled, the energy consumption is lowered...
