基于涨断技术的连杆设计

摘    要:在介绍涨断工艺连杆和传统锻造工艺连杆的制造工艺基础上,通过对比涨断工艺连杆和传统锻造工艺连杆二次拆装后的几何尺寸,介绍了涨断工艺的优越性,同时通过对某公司两款小排量发动机的连杆设计对比,论证了某小排量发动机A连杆采用分体锻造工艺而另一小排量发动机B连杆采用整体锻造工艺的设计基础,并探讨了在小排量发动机B连杆上应用涨断工艺的可行性。

Applying the Fracture Splitting Technical to Connecting Rod Design

Abstract:This article present the advantage of the fracture splitting process,based on the contrast of the manufacture process between Fracture splitting process and traditional forging process,and the contrast of the geometry dimension fore-and-aft the connecting rod finish dyno-test.In addition,this article present an argument that separate forging adapt to A engine,while integrative forging apply to the B engine,base on the design of this two engine connection rod.And,this article study the feasibility that the fracture splitting process applying to the B engine connection rod.
