摘    要:利用变频器调速技术对600MW级亚临界燃煤发电机组凝结水泵调节系统实施变频调速改造,使电动机驱动水泵变速运行。为此,介绍和分析了除氧器水位控制系统及2台凝结水泵控制与保护逻辑的实现方案。实践证明,变频改造使A凝结水泵的节能效果能达到15%以上,经济效果明显。

Abstract:The frequency converter speed-regulating technique was used in the frequency control modification on the condensate pump control system of 660 MW subcritical coal-fired power generating units, so as to enable variable-speed operation of motor-driven water pump. Therefore. the deaerator level control system and the realizing scheme for the control and protection logic of two condensate pumps are described and analyzed. It is proved in practice that the energysaving efficiency of Condensate Pump A can be over 15% after the modification and the economic benefits are remarkable.
