电厂离子交换树脂复苏案例的研究

摘    要:阐述了对受污染树脂进行复苏处理,可以明显改善水处理系统运行状况,为电厂带来显著的经济效益,是一项非常必要的工作。指出树脂铁污染后,采用专用清洗剂配合低浓度盐酸与树脂动态接触的方法复苏,相比采用高浓度盐酸静态浸泡,实施更方便,而且无风险,效果更好;树脂复苏工作开展前,进行小型复苏试验,确定复苏的工艺参数是成功复苏树脂的关键;此外,树脂复苏时按照合理的步骤进行,并采取一些必要的辅助措施,可有效提高树脂的复苏效率。

Abstract:It is elaborated that to recover the contaminated resin can significantly improve the running effect of water treatment system, which brings significant economic benefits for power plant. To remove the iron from the resin,using special cleaner with low concentrated hydrochloric acid to dynamically contact the contaminated resin is better than using high concentrated hydrochloric acid to statically soak the resin,for the former method is more convenient,risk-free and more effective. Before the method being implemented in large scale,small-scaled recovery experiment was carried out and the parameters which are the key points for resin recovery were identified. What is more,rational procedure and some necessary assistant measures could effectively improve the efficiency of resin recovery.
