基于矩阵变换器的开关电源及其仿真研究

摘    要:开关电源由于采用二极管整流,导致输入功率因数低且总谐波畸变率高。将矩阵变换器理论引入到开关电源设计中,对3-Φ1Φ矩阵变换器控制原理进行分析,采用PWM技术合成开关函数,并搭建了仿真模型。仿真结果表明:该电源不仅具有良好的输出特性,而且功率因数可达到1,从而可以预见矩阵变换器在开关电源领域将具有广阔的发展前景。

Abstract:Switch mode power supply employs AC to DC conversion stage with a boost converter,resulting in low input power factor with high total harmonic distortion(THD).The theory of matrix converter was introduced into the design of switch mode power supply,and the control principle of the three-phase to single-phase matrix converter was analyzed,then the switching function was synthesized by PWM.Subsequently,the simulation model was built.The simulation results indicate that this power supply not only has the excellent output characteristics,but also a nearly unity power factor can be obtained.Accordingly,it can be concluded that the matrix converter possesses a wider foreground in the domain of switch mode power supply.
