大轮幅非对称齿轮热处理变形的控制

摘    要:本文通过对一种大轮幅非对称齿轮热处理变形情况的分析及不同装炉方式的试验,发现根据零件结构特点采用正确的装炉方式,可以很好地控制齿轮齿形齿向的热处理变形幅度,减少变速箱齿轮因热处理变形产生的噪音.对类似零件的热处理变形控制具有很好的指导意义.

Abstract:According to analysis of the heat treatment deformation of asymmetrical gear of large wheel spokes and tests with different loading ways,it is found that if there is suitable loading way from characteristics of part structure,the distortion range of tooth shape and tooth trace can be well controlled after heat treatment and the noise of transmission gear arisen due to the distort is decreased.The control method of heat treatment deformation for similar parts has a good duide.
