| 摘 要： | 提供信用担保是解决中小企业融资难的一种手段，目前我国中小企业信用担保体系已初具规模，但尚不健全，本文对我国中小企业信用担保体系存在的问题进行了分析，并提出了建立和完善我国中小企业信用担保体系的对策。

| Abstract: | Providing credit guarantee is an approach for solving the difficulty in financing for the small and medium enterprises. Currently,China's credit guarantee system of small and medium enterprises has formed well, however, there still exist some shortcomings. The paper analyzes the existing problems and pointed out countermeasures for construction and improving. |
