基于FPGA直流电机调速器的实现

摘    要:近年来,直流电动机的结构和控制方式都发生了很大变化。随着计算机进入控制领域以及新型的电力电子功率元件的不断出现,使采用全控型的开关功率元件进行脉宽调制PWM控制方式已成为主流。同时,随着可编程门阵列器件FPGA的出现,给直流调速控制提供了新的手段和方法。这种控制方式很容易在FPGA控制中实现,从而为直流电动机控制数字化提供了契机。本文简要介绍了直流电动机的控制策略和直流电动机的PWM调压调速原理。详细介绍了可编程门阵列器件(FPGA)及其在直流电机控制系统中的应用。FPGA的使用简化了系统结构,提高了系统工作的稳定性和可靠性。本系统利用硬件描述语言VHDL设计在片内实现电机控制逻辑,包括分频模块、数据锁存模块、比较模块、选择模块等。在Quartus Ⅱ上软件仿真和实验结果均表明输出波形稳定、精确。

Abstract:In recent years, the DC motor' s structure and control mode have taken great changes. With the development of power electronics devices and power-control technology, the PWM mode using fully controlled power devices already becomes mainstream. At the same time, the Field Programmable Gate Array appeared and it provided new method to the direct-current velocity modulation control, This control mode is very easy realize based on FPGA, It provided new change for the direct current motor control digitization. The paper briefly introduces the control methods of DC motor as well as the pulse width modulation of DC motor , The FPGA and it's application to DC Motor control system is introduced in detail in the thesis. By using FPGA, the structure of control system is simplified, the stability and reliability of control sys- tem is greatly improved as well as the core of the system, this system makes use of VHDL to realize the control logic of the motor in chip, including dividing frequency module, data latching module, comparing module, selecting module and so on. Simulation and experiment results indicate that output waveform is stable and precise in Quartus Ⅱ.
