加氢脱硫技术的进展

摘    要:介绍了加氢精制催化剂的发展历程和水平,着重介绍汽油、喷气燃料和柴油等加氢工艺的最新成果,包括FCC汽油选择性脱硫,喷气燃料的低氢油比、低压脱硫醇、深度脱硫脱芳烃的一段或两段生产技术以及渣油的OCR固定床加氢脱金属脱硫等技术。采用这些技术,可以生产低硫、低硫醇或低硫低芳烃含量的燃料产品。以某些炼油企业兴建不同压力等级和不同规模的加氢精制装置的工程费用为例,分析了影响加氢精制装置技术经济性的各种因素。

Abstract:Both developing course and technical level of hydrofining catalyst, especially the recent achievements of hydrotreating gas oil, jet fuel and naphtha including the selective desulfurizing of FCC gasoline, the thiol removal of jet fuel with low hydrogen/oil ratio at low pressure, the single and double stage deep desuifurizing and dearomatics techniques as well as the OCR fixed bed hydrodemetallization and desuifurization for residue were introduced. By adopting these technologies, fuel oils with low sulfur, low thiol and low aromatic contents can be obtained. Various factors affecting the techo-economic characteristics of hydrofining unit were analyzed with examples of project investment cost analysis for establishing hydrofining units with difsferent pressure grades and different capacities in petroleum refining enter'Prises.
