| 摘 要： | 为增强水价测算结果的前瞻性、提高水资源的利用效率，在划分水价构成成分的基础上，考虑经济社会发展中的价格变动及资金的时间价值等因素，采用动态价格方法测算了五家渠市城镇生活水价、工业水价和城镇生态水价。测算结果表明，五家渠市不同供水子系统在规划水平年的运行费和单方水供水成本均呈显著上涨趋势，水价需相应提高；终端水价与相应用水户的可承受水价之比逐渐下降。

| Abstract: | In order to increase the rationality and prospectiveness of water price calculation and improve water-use efficiency (WUE) of Wujiaqu City, this study analyzes the necessity and reliability of dynamic pricing method in water price calculation. The cost of water supply, water price and the affordable prices of different water users in Wujiaqu are calculated with dynamic pricing method. The results show that it is necessary to improve the current level of water price in Wujiaqu because of the continually rising cost of water supply. This study provided an important reference in establishing a reasonable system of water price for decision-makers and a new approach to calculating water price. |
