摘    要:
为了能够大范围、广角度地对输电线路进行监测,基于高分辨率合成孔径雷达(SAR)和遥感与地理信息系统(GIS)设计了输电线路广域监测系统。该系统以遥感监测的输电线路铁塔、输电走廊地形、违章建筑和广域火灾等雷达影像为基础,以三维GIS为平台,实现监测信息的显示、储存、分析、预警、灾后评估和决策功能。应用结果表明,该系统虽有不足,但广域监测效果及应用前景较好。

Abstract:
To be able to monitor the transmission lines in large scale and wide angle, this article designs a wide area transmission lines monitoring system that depends on high resolution synthetic aperture radar (SAR) and geographic information system (GIS). The monitoring system is based on remote monitoring of transmission line towers, transmission corridor terrain, fires and other illegal buildings and wide area radar image. Taking three dimensional GIS as platform, the system achieves the function of monitoring information display, storage, analysis, early warning, disaster assessment and decision making. Application results show that although the system has shortages, the wide area monitoring effect and application have a wide prospect.
