电压对铝基复合材料表面微弧氧化膜性能的影响

摘    要:对铝基复合材料进行了微弧氧化处理。采用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、电化学工作站、涂层附着力自动划痕仪等仪器,研究了电压对微弧氧化膜性能的影响。结果表明:当电压为400 V时,微弧氧化膜最为平整、均匀,耐蚀性最好,表面结合力最强。

Abstract:The micro-arc oxidation treatment of aluminum matrix composites was carried out.The effect of voltage on the properties of micro-arc oxidation coatings was studied by scanning electronic microscopy,energy disperse spectroscopy,electrochemical workstation and automatic scratch tester.The results showed that when the voltage was 400 V,the micro-arc oxidation coating possessed smooth surface morphology and exhibited the best corrosion resistance and strong bonding force.
