电流密度对5252铝合金阳极氧化膜性能的影响

摘    要:以5252铝合金阳极氧化膜为研究对象,研究了电流密度对阳极氧化膜性能的影响,以及阳极氧化处理后铝材表面产生"粉化"缺陷的机制。结果表明:阳极氧化膜的厚度随电流密度的增加先增大后减小,当电流密度为2.41 A/dm2时阳极氧化膜的厚度达到最大值32.2μm。随着电流密度的增加,阳极氧化膜的显微硬度逐渐降低,这主要是由阳极氧化膜的孔径和孔隙率增大造成的。另外,阳极氧化处理后铝材表面产生"粉化"现象。这主要是因为阳极氧化膜表面的孔隙率增加,孔的连续性分布变差。

Abstract:The anodic oxide films on 5252 aluminum alloy was selected as the research object,and the effect of current density on the properties of anodic oxide films was investigated.Meanwhile,themechanism of“powdery”defects on the surface of anodized aluminum alloy was also investigated.The results showed that the thickness of anodic oxide films increased first and then decreased with the increase of current density.The thickness reached a maximum value of 32.2μm when the current density was 2.41 A/dm^2.The microhardness of anodic oxide films decreased gradually with the increase of current density because of the pore size and porosity of anodic oxide films increased.In addition,the phenomenon of“powdering”on the surface of anodized aluminum alloy was mainly due to the porosity of anodic oxide films increased and the continuity of pores deteriorated.
