摘    要:运用战略成本管理分析工具中的广义成本分析、无效成本分析和价值链分析,对典型滚镀镍工艺的成本进行研究。认为电镀废水处理技术应以大幅降低电镀液损耗和水费为重点。提出一种能够满足清洁生产要求的电镀废水处理新技术──冰冻法。以酸铜电镀工艺为例的初步试验和经济技术分析显示,冰冻法易于实现镀件带出液的再回收利用,有良好的经济效益,适用于各种电镀工艺的废水处理。

Abstract:The cost of a typical barrel nickel electroplating process was analyzed using the tools of strategic cost management such as life cycle costing,invalid cost analysis,and value chain analysis.It was considered that an electroplating wastewater treatment technology should be able to reduce the drag-out and water consumption greatly.Freezing,a new technology for treatment of electroplating wastewater which could meet the requirements of cleaner production,was proposed.The results of preliminary test in an acid copper electroplating process as well as economic and technical analysis showed that the freezing method facilitates the reclamation and reuse of drag-out,has good economic benefit,and can be applied to treat various electroplating wastewaters.
