顺丁橡胶/有机蒙脱土纳米复合材料的结构与性能

摘    要:采用溶液法制得了顺丁橡胶(BR)有/机蒙脱土(OMMT)纳米复合材料,并用X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜对复合材料的结构进行了表征,研究了复合材料的应力-应变行为和耐油性能。结果表明,OMMT的层间距增大,制得了插层型纳米复合材料;在较高的应变下,BR/OMMT纳米复合材料的扯断伸长率和拉伸强度随OMMT用量的增大而增加;当OMMT用量小于9份时,BR/OMMT纳米复合材料的耐油性能随OMMT用量的增加而有所提高。

Abstract:The cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber(BR)/organic montmorillonite(OMMT) nanocomposites were prepared by using solution process.The structure of the composites was characterized by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscope.The stress-strain behavior and oil resistance of the composites were investigated.The results showed that the interlayer distance of OMMT was expanded,the BR/OMMT nanocomposites was intercalated structure.The elongation at break and tensile strength of the composites increased with the increase of OMMT at higher strain.The oil resistance of the composites increased with the increase of the filler load when the amount of OMMT was less than 9 phr.
