Construction Strategy of Office Cloud Platform of Smart Campus

During rapid development of information technology,construction of intelligent campus based on Internet of things and cloud technology has been more comprehensive.Establishment of office cloud platform in higher vocational colleges is product of adapting educational informatization,which is effective measure for higher vocational colleges to improve their own management and service level,and inevitable trend in line with current development of information technology based on smart campus background.Starting from convenience and operability introduction of OA office software,the paper discusses construction of information platform based on smart campus background,to improve office efficiency,save school resource cost,standardize management,improve work efficiency,optimize service business process,change traditional work concepts,etc.,and make higher vocational colleges work cloud platform based on its own platform construction in future development trend of digital information intelligence.
